Dia Mirza Defends Fawad Khan after He Gets Backlash in India

Pakistani actors are again in trouble after the attacks being made by Pakistani terrorists in Pahalgam, Kashmir, India. The Indian audience is full of anger against the country once again and this time too they don’t want to see the face of any Pakistani artist in India.
Years ago, when the Pulwama attacks happened in India, Pakistani actors like Fawad Khan, Ali Zaffar, and Mahira Khan were boycotted and they had to leave the country despite seeing success in Bollywood, and this time too, the scenario is the same.
Years later, Fawad Khan was about to come back to the Bollywood industry with his movie “Abir Gulaal” in 2025 with Vaani Kapoor, but his bad luck in Bollywood is not likely to stop soon.
However, Dia Mirza, a former Bollywood actress has come in support of Fawad Khan for his comeback. She wrote on social media “its political question, if the circumstances to seek a ban on artists were completely…I have always believed that art is and should always be the medium of peace and harmony. We should never allow art and sport to be tangled or mixed with hate. It's just good that Fawad is back in the film, you know that we will be watching soon. I hope this leads to many more such opportunities for other collaborations”

Fawad Khan was last seen in the 3 Bollywood movies like Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Kapoors and Sons, and Khubsurat. His acting was loved by Indians. It seems like the release date of the movie Abir Gulaal may be postponed seeing the events. Earlier it was scheduled to be released on 9 May. Let's see when it is going to be released in the future.
